Bookings

To perform at your school/event Animals Rock requires:

  • A Deposit Fee ($200), payable at the time of booking – This amount will be deducted from the total of the student fee below after the event.
  • A student fee ($8.00 per student). Min of 30 students. Full payment of this fee is due after the concert has taken place.

Small Schools and Centres: We don’t want your school to miss out! If your school has fewer than 30 students we request that you combine with other small schools or make it open for parents and other children to join the concert day. Where schools combine, each school is required to submit a Booking Form. Additional schools will receive their own Teacher Resource and Education Book and CD for an extra $30 per school.

Invoicing: Animals Rock will send your school a Tax Invoice for all charges. Once the Booking Form is received Animals Rock will invoice the school for the Deposit Fee. A further invoice will be issued after the live performance has taken place and the school/centre has returned the Post Concert Form with the number of students in attendance completed. Payment of the invoice is due within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

GST: All Animals Rock products include GST.
